About Maple
Built by the teamthe Salesforce community trusts.
Why Maple Exists
Maple was founded on the conviction that mid-market technology companies deserve the same caliber of Salesforce and AI architecture that Fortune 500s pay GSIs $500/hr for, without the overhead, the layered partner-tier theater, or the “we'll get back to you next quarter” velocity.
The Salesforce ecosystem is heading into the most disruptive four-year window of its history. Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the new Salesforce-Anthropic integration are remaking what “implementation” even means. We built Maple to be the firm that meets that moment: production agentic AI deployed across the platforms our clients actually run on, governed for outcomes after launch.
The bet
Salesforce MVPs and Certified Technical Architects walked away from comfortable jobs at top GSIs and a few rocket-ship startups to build the agency they wished existed when they were the in-house architects sitting on the other side of the table.

Chief Executive Officer
Syracuse, NY
Derek started Spark.Orange in Syracuse in 2013 and ran it as CEO for eight years. By the time Crowe acquired the firm in 2021, it had scaled more than 1,000% and made the Inc. 5000 list three years running. He spent the next several years at Crowe as a Principal running Salesforce Market Strategy, which is where he learned how a national consulting machine prices, sells, and delivers the kind of work clients are now demanding in the agentic era. Maple is the second time he is building a Salesforce practice from the ground up. This round it is for the mid-market on the frontier-tech stack.

Chief Technology Officer
Boston, MA
Melissa started as a Java engineer and came to Salesforce in 2006, customizing ERP integrations and building customer portals. She founded Lizztech Consulting, then shipped SMS technology that Salesforce eventually acquired through HeyWire. In 2021 she earned the Certified Technical Architect credential, one of the rarest qualifications in Salesforce, and took home the Golden Hoodie at Dreamforce that same year. She is 38× Salesforce certified and a Mulesoft Ambassador. She also runs Architect Ohana Slack, the study group that has helped more than 56 architects make it through their own CTA review boards. When other architects in the ecosystem hit a wall, the call goes to Melissa.

Chief Strategy Officer
San Francisco, CA
Janeen has spent more than 15 years architecting Salesforce-anchored business transformations across high-tech, media, healthcare, manufacturing, and non-profit. That cross-industry breadth is what lets her see on the first call which patterns will travel between sectors and which are industry-specific noise. She is a Salesforce MVP, an MBA, and a PMP. She speaks internationally, leads a Trailblazer Community Group, and writes for the Salesforce blog on leadership, diversity, and the practitioner path through architecture. Most Salesforce strategists slow down when it is time to implement, and most architects do not sit comfortably in the business case. Janeen is one of the few people in the ecosystem who works fluently in both.

Chief Operations Officer
Tampa, FL
Pete spent close to a decade in the Salesforce ecosystem before founding Maple. He started at GENii Salesforce Staffing as an Advisory Manager and rose to Associate Director of the firm's Salesforce Practice, where he developed an eye for the top-1% Salesforce architect, admin, and consultant. In parallel he founded a string of software companies: DynamIQ Data Solutions, Chiip, and Appraisal Repair. The founder work is where he fell in love with the technical and operations side of building. Maple pulls it all together. He started it with one mission: assemble the best team in the Salesforce ecosystem under one roof, and make that team accessible to mid-market companies that should never have to settle for second-tier practitioners just because they aren't paying GSI rates.
Salesforce Community Leaders
Recognized voicesin the Salesforce ecosystem.
Multi-time MVPs, Trailblazer Community group leaders, conference speakers, and certified architects. The practitioners shaping how the Salesforce ecosystem thinks about Agentforce and agentic AI.

Principal Architect
Gaurav is in the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame and holds 49 certifications, ranking him among the top three most-certified practitioners on the platform worldwide. He was named a Google Developer Expert in AI in 2025 and runs Vanshiv Technologies, a Summit-tier Salesforce partner. At Maple he takes the deepest architecture problems on the deepest stacks.

Business Analysis & Strategy Lead
Vanessa co-leads the Salesforce Business Analyst Trailblazer Group, the largest BA community in the ecosystem with more than 1,000 members. A multi-certified Scrum Master, Salesforce Ben contributor, and 20+ conference speaker, she has been managing people and projects since 2005. At Maple she owns the requirements layer, where engagements either succeed or quietly fail.

Solutions Architect
Marilo built Albania Dreamin into the largest Salesforce conference in the Balkans, now drawing 300+ practitioners from over 20 countries to the Pyramid of Tirana. He is a Salesforce MVP, 19× certified, and CEO of LDA Digital Solutions. At Maple he brings the builder's pragmatism of doing more with less in emerging markets.

Solutions Architect
Melinda is a Salesforce MVP Alum, a Solutions Architect, and a long-time builder of communities for women in technology. She co-hosts the Two WIT Podcast and co-founded WITness Success. Her architecture work focuses on engagement and marketing automation, where most teams underbuild because the patterns look simpler than they are.

Senior Salesforce Consultant
Jenh is a Salesforce MVP, an All Star Ranger, and a Dreamforce 2021 Golden Hoodie recipient. She came up through RAD Women Code and now coaches the program, and runs Superbadge Sundays walking practitioners through Salesforce's hardest hands-on credentials. She is the consultant clients call when they need someone who already knows the platform's edges.
