Maple

Architect Review

Two hours with a Certified Technical Architect.A written brief in 48 hours.

A fixed-scope review of your Salesforce org by one of Maple's CTAs or Salesforce MVPs. You get a straight answer on what to fix, what to build first and what to leave alone — in writing. $3,500 through October 31, 2026, $5,000 after, credited in full toward any Maple engagement within 30 days.

What You Get

Two hours. One document. No homework for you.

01

Two hours, live, with the reviewer

Screen-share into your org. A CTA or Salesforce MVP walks your data model, automation, integrations and Agentforce readiness with you. Not a junior. Not a deck.

02

A written brief within 48 hours

Findings, priorities and a recommended sequence, specific enough to hand to your team or your board. Yours regardless of what you do next.

03

Credited toward any engagement

Start anything with Maple within 30 days of the brief and the full fee comes off the invoice. If you don't, you still have the brief.

How It Works

Four steps. One number.

Step 01

Request

Tell us about your org below. We confirm fit within one business day. If a review isn't the right thing for you, we'll say so.

Step 02

Invoice

One fixed number, invoiced on booking. No deposit games, no scope creep, and no payment details collected on this page.

Step 03

Review

Once it's paid we schedule the two hours around your calendar, usually within two weeks.

Step 04

Brief

The written brief lands within 48 hours of the session. Your 30-day credit window starts that day.

Who This Is For

The people who usually book it.

  • You own Salesforce for a 100 to 2,000-person company and nobody has the whole picture of the org any more.
  • You're being asked about Agentforce or AI and want a straight answer before you spend.
  • A partner has handed you a proposal and you want a second opinion before you sign.
  • You've inherited an org built by accretion — admins, partners, acquisitions — and need to know what to fix first.

Want a free first conversation instead? That's the strategy session, and plenty of reviews start there.

Five questions. One business day.

We confirm fit and send the invoice within one business day. Nothing is charged here.

Questions

The four we get asked.

Who actually does the review?

One of Maple's Certified Technical Architects or Salesforce MVPs — the people on this page, not a delivery bench. You'll know who before the invoice goes out.

We're not on Salesforce. Does this still apply?

The review is built for Salesforce orgs. If you're on HubSpot or a custom stack, say so in the form and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits; the free strategy session is usually the better first step.

Is the fee really credited?

In full, against any Maple engagement that starts within 30 days of your brief. The review isn't a sales call with a price on it. It's the work, and if you go further with us you don't pay for it twice.

Why not the free strategy session?

Thirty free minutes is a conversation. Two paid hours and a written brief is a deliverable. If you'd rather talk first, book the session; plenty of reviews start there.
