Our Partnerships
Seven partnerships.One agentic stack.

Why These Seven
Most Salesforce SIs are partnered with Salesforce and maybe one data vendor. Most AI-native shops have Anthropic but no platform pedigree. Maple sits at the intersection: partnered with the system of action, the reasoning model, the cloud foundation, both major lakehouses, the agentic CX specialist, and the omnichannel experience layer.
The Seven
Each partner unlocksa different layer.
Salesforce
The system of action.
Why it's in the stack
Every revenue and customer workflow our clients care about lives here. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce — Salesforce is the platform agents act on.
What we deploy
- Agentforce agent design + deployment
- Data Cloud architecture + zero-copy integrations
- Health Cloud and Financial Services Cloud industry rollouts
- Service + Sales + Revenue Cloud (CPQ) automation
- MuleSoft integration architecture
Common engagements
Greenfield Agentforce builds · Data Cloud foundation · Health Cloud / FSC rollouts · post-implementation Agentic Governance
Anthropic
The reasoning layer.
Why it's in the stack
Anthropic is the dominant frontier LLM provider in enterprise, and the only one fully embedded inside Salesforce's trust boundary via the just-shipped Salesforce-Anthropic integration. Claude is the model that powers the agents we build.
What we deploy
- Claude inside Agentforce (native Salesforce integration)
- Claude standalone via AWS Bedrock or direct API for non-Salesforce stacks
- Prompt engineering, retrieval architecture, eval framework setup
- Industry-tuned reasoning patterns for FinTech, HealthTech, B2B SaaS
Common engagements
Claude-powered Agentforce deployments · standalone Anthropic implementations · ongoing prompt and reasoning optimization
AWS
The cloud foundation.
Why it's in the stack
AWS is where the data lakes, HIPAA-eligible workloads, and standalone Anthropic Bedrock deployments live. When clients can't or shouldn't run Claude inside Salesforce, AWS is the alt-path.
What we deploy
- Bedrock-hosted Claude deployments
- S3-anchored data pipelines into Salesforce Data Cloud
- HIPAA-eligible architectures for HealthTech clients
- Integration patterns between AWS-hosted services and Salesforce
Common engagements
Standalone Claude on Bedrock · regulated-industry compliance architectures · Snowflake/Databricks-on-AWS integrations
Snowflake
The data layer for sales-led and incumbent stacks.
Why it's in the stack
Snowflake is the dominant data warehouse for sales-led SaaS, FinTech, and HealthTech mid-market. Maple is the firm that knows how to wire Snowflake into Salesforce Data Cloud zero-copy without breaking governance.
What we deploy
- Snowflake → Data Cloud zero-copy integrations
- Identity resolution across Snowflake-anchored client data
- Cortex AI patterns alongside Agentforce
Common engagements
Frankenstein-stack consolidation projects · FinTech compliance reporting on Snowflake foundations
Databricks
The data layer for product-led and AI-native stacks.
Why it's in the stack
Databricks is increasingly the default for B2B SaaS and product-led companies whose data is closer to a lakehouse than a warehouse. Mosaic AI and Unity Catalog matter for the agentic data apps story.
What we deploy
- Databricks → Data Cloud reverse ETL
- Mosaic AI integration alongside Agentforce
- Lakehouse architectures for PLG metrics flowing into agent decision logic
Common engagements
PQL-to-SQL agent deployments · B2B SaaS churn prediction architectures
Maven AGI
The agentic CX specialist.
Why it's in the stack
For autonomous L1 customer service, Maven AGI is best-in-class — purpose-built for the deflection-with-quality-control problem that Service Cloud or Agentforce alone don't fully solve. We architect what fits.
What we deploy
- Maven for L1 deflection alongside Service Cloud
- Maven + Agentforce hybrid CX architectures
- Governance and routing between human and agent handling
Common engagements
Frankenstein-stack support consolidation · HealthTech patient-service triage · FinTech client-service automation
Vonage
The experience layer.
Why it's in the stack
Per Salesforce's TDX2026 Headless 360, the experience layer is decoupled from where agents do their work. Vonage gives us voice, SMS, and WhatsApp surfaces for omnichannel agentic interactions.
What we deploy
- Voice and SMS agent surfaces integrated with Salesforce
- HIPAA-compliant patient outreach for HealthTech
- Omnichannel client service for FinTech
Common engagements
Digital front door deployments for HealthTech · voice-enabled compliance workflows for FinTech · expansion-play orchestration for B2B SaaS
